Welcome to the TFC homepage...

TFC earned their fourth win of the season on Tuesday evening as they defeated the Condors 2-0 at the Blaine Soccer Complex.  The game started a little hectic as the boys were unable to garner too much possession.  In stark contrast from Sunday's affair, 7 additional players manned the sidelines for TFC giving them ample coverage.  DJ Wendell (2) scored midway through the first half, as Eric Peterson provided a perfect through ball to send Nick by himself on the goal.  Nick Anderson (1) was able "seal the deal" in the second half as he took a perfect service from Ryan Schroeder to put the game out of reach for the Condors.  Bill Haugen was able to show off his defensive prowess as he adjusted from his normal forward position to come down and play with a defensively depleted TFC squad.  When Corey Schroeder went down with a hammy late in the second half, he filled in as sweeper to help with the clean sheet.

The next game will not be a tale of effort but of numbers.  Can TFC finally get a weekend game with a couple of subs.  Only time will tell.  They take on St. Cloud in a rematch from a couple of weeks ago in Blaine at the NSC, field A1 at 4 PM.
